    1.      TIMESCALE      

    

         Products we offer are devided into:

     1.1  Already made products-delivery no longer than 10 working days.

     1.2  Tailored to fit dresses-the project can take from 2-4 months to be compleded

            (From the moment we have received prepayment).

     1.3 Faviana dresses-the project can take from a few days up to 1 month. 

     

      We will starton the project once we have receved the prepayment which is 40% of the total cost of the dress.It refers to both,online and direct orders.

           Transaction is finalised once we have received full payment.Payment can be made directly to our account before or at the time of collection of the product.Alternatively the product can be collected in our salon.

     

Important: If  you resign from the project ofter we have already started working on it ,there will be no prepayment refund.

           Please note: The delivery charge will be the responsibility of the customer and it depends on the prices set by Pocza Polska or by courier.(DHL)

You can collect the product directly in our salon in Dierżoniów, without any additional costs.
